Can I call for updates on my pets?

Here at Countryside we understand that you may worry about your pet while you're away. You are welcome to contact our office during business hours to get an update on your pet. You can also send bedding or special toys with your pet to help him or her feel more comfortable during their stay.

Can I send my pet's favorite food and treats?

Of course! We can follow the same feeding regimen you follow at home. We can also offer favorite treats to brighten your pet’s day. At Countryside, we provide Royal Canin Sensitive GI for those who choose to not bring their own food.

What will my pet be doing while I'm away?

At Countryside, boarded pets will be walked two or three times per day, have free time in our play area as available (weather permitting) and have two meals. The kennels at Countryside are contained within the hospital and are climate controlled for your pet’s comfort.
