Basic Wellness Plan

The basic wellness plan includes the following services:

  • Wellness exam

  • Fecal test

  • Heartworm test

  • Annual vaccines

Having your pet get a routine wellness exam is crucial for recognizing diseases and other problems early, so treatment can begin before it becomes a bigger issue.

Proactive Wellness Plan

Countryside Veterinary Services’ Proactive Wellness Plan includes everything in the Basic Wellness Plan, as well as:

  • Tick-borne disease testing

  • Yearly blood work

  • Year-round P.A.W. Club benefits — (average savings = $115 a year)

Results from regular blood work can help get a better understanding of areas such as your pet’s liver and kidney function. Blood work can gather information about everything from cholesterol and red blood cell count to hemoglobin and cortisol level measurements.
