DESCRIPTION Countryside Veterinary Services is currently seeking applications for a full-time receptionist for our small animal team. The right candidate will be able to handle client-facing duties as well as office tasks. When our clients walk into our door, we want them to be be greeted with a smiling face and helping hand. Excellent communication, multitasking skills, a strong work ethic and positive attitude are necessary for this position.
Other major duties include but are not limited to:
Scheduling appointments and rechecks.
Managing multiple phone lines.
Ability to handle emergency phone calls.
Keeping patient records updated.
Overseeing the discharge / drop-off of animals.
Maintaining a clean and orderly waiting area.
Salesmanship abilities and knowledge of products sold.
Process prescription requests and provide routine instructions to owners concerning Rx for medications.
REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills. This position also requires computer skills and proper use of the English language. Experience in a veterinary environment is required and experience with Infinity software a plus.

DESCRIPTION Countryside Veterinary Services is currently seeking a part-time Registered Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant. We are searching for a highly motivated team player who loves providing the very best in care to our small animal patients. Qualified candidates must be compassionate, reliable and thrive in a fast paced environment.
OTHER MAJOR DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Provide safe restraint for patients
Assist in surgeries and advanced diagnostic imaging procedures
Maintain accurate client / patient records
Run lab work
Administer medications to patients
Properly monitor patients, noticing and documenting any changes
Cleaning cages, feeding and watering animals
Provide excellent customer service and appropriately address client concerns
A minimum of 1 year of animal handling experience required.
Registered veterinary technician preferred but not required.

The clinic offers rotating Saturdays (hours from 8am-12pm)
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM).
License in good standing in the state of Georgia.
At least 2 years of experience as a practicing veterinarian preferred, but not required.
